Here are some tips on becoming a really friendly Scratcher:
A friendly Scratcher should always try to..
Make Constructive Comments
For example:
Instead of saying this:
Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......
Say this:
Good job, maybe next time you can make it so the guy can move faster. But besides that this is a very good project.
See that makes the person(the creator of the project) feel better because he knows that you actually went on to the project and spent time on it.
Never say the word "bad"
What I have noticed around the Scratch Community is people rating projects. This is a good idea but you got to remember that you can't make anyone feel bad.
For Example:
Instead of saying this:
NO ONE GO ONTO THIS PROJECT. IF I WAS TO RECOMMEND THIS I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO MY CAT! DO NOT GO ON THIS PROJECT!
If you say this then the person is probably gonna want to delete there project.
Say this:
This person obviously spent a lot of time on this project. This person made a very good project. Except I have a few changes, maybe instead of the guy getting smaller maybe you can make him get bigger. But overall this was a very good project.
If you say that then the person will probably want to change those things.
Don't Spam
A lot of people have been spamming a lot around the Scratch Community, this is not a good idea. If you don't know what spamming is, it is when someone posts a comment or reply for no reason. For Example:
This is Spamming:
Hi!
This is my 100th post!
Recently Scratch has been trying to prevent Spamming. One of the most recent things is where under your name it shows how many posts you have, well Scratch took that away and put in >100 or >1000. Well scratchers are saying that this is causing more spamming because it just sets a milestone to some Scratchers.
Have Fun!
Thanks

Nice guide, but I don't completely agree. Sometimes saying "bad" is OK.
Also, it's >100(0), not <.

Sorry, but no Scratcher is the "best". Everyone's good, just in different ways. That's what I think anyway.

Eh, there are a few minor flaws. In the part about spamming, "Click Here!" can be used in other forums too, as long as they actually to the forum. And on the topic title, I don't think there is such thing as the best Scratcher. I would recommend something more like a Friendly & Helpful Scratcher.
But overall, it's pretty good. Great job!
