How do I put pictures saved on my computer into fourms?

I'm trying to make a forum with a picture in it, but when I paste a picture saved on my computer into my fourm, It's only hosted to me. Can I only host pictures from the internet on my fourms, or is there a way to get pictures on my computer onto a fourm?

You can upload the picture onto a site like imgpaste.com or dropbox. Then you can use the URL tag to link users to that image!
You'd normally use the IMG tag, but it's been disabled...
Also, since New Scratchers can't post links to external sites, don't even bother  tongue
