If a poll get's closed in the RaP or MaC forum, it kind of depends more on the poll question than the fact that it is a poll topic. For example, a poll asking for users to vote on whether they rather prefer doing digital or traditional art (and requiring feedback on why they chose one over the other) is more likely to stay in the RaP forum than a simple poll topic asking a person's favorite color; the former is more focused more on a creative activity and has a discussion element which fits better with the RaP forum structure, the latter not so much.
