Do you remove the galleries of and ban art thieves?

Just wanted to drop by and ask if you remove the galleries of those who are proven to be using artwork or images that they don't have permission to use.

Also, is there a way I can get into more private contact with an administrator on this site to provide details about said art theft to expedite possible removal and banning of said art thieves?

Thank you for your assistance. I have sent an e-mail regarding the thief in question through the Contact Us page.

If the galleries use sprites from large companies like Nintendo, thy usually don't get removed because most users know who made it so the person who made the gallery can't claim credit for them. But if they use sprites from, say, another scratch user without getting permission or giving credit, they get removed because that goes against the Terms of Use.

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

If it were just an issue of sprite usage, there wouldn't be the need to contact an administrator. My issue is with a Scratch user posting original sketches, drawings, and even an avatar verbatim as their own 'projects' without the permission of the original creators of the art.
