I think somethings need to be changed. There were users who became scratchers in no time flat! I have some ideal changes to the system.
•They must have at least 50 Posts
•They should be active & constructive on both the main site & the forums.
•They've been on the forums for at least a month.
•Perhaps New Scratchers should have the 120 Second Rule instead of 180.
•Honestly, I don't see the point in new scratchers not being able to edit or delete their posts. I think they should have that privilege.
If anyone has any ideas to add, feel free to suggest them!

Meh. Bump.

I agree with most of them. But I don't think you should have to wait for a month to be a Scratch.

Thanks for the feedback. The reason I think they should wait a month to be a scratcher is to try to slow/prevent spam. Also, they're still kind of new if they're a scratcher within a week or such. Do you have any ideas for this suggestion?

The edit/delete ability was removed in case they posted something spammy/inappropiate, then edited/deleted it before a mod could react.

or if you have 15 projects, and have been on the forums for 2 months. That would work excellent.

I dunno, I kind of like how it is now. And definitely no 120 second rule;; 180 is fine. It's been a lot higher in the past. Originally New Scratchers had to wait like fifteen minutes in between posts. You can survive a mere three.
