You can't just 'create a website', you must register a domain name, set it up, and pay for hosting...

Your suggestions are impractical and/or dangerous.
Especially moving files, this could lead to virus projects.
And websites can't just be created, just like that...

show project maker


and

save project to [scratch folder]
[scratchblocks/]

also


show project [] on sprite[]


and


show all folders on users pc on sprite[] on costume []

The internet one is impossible.

First of all (name)[.com] is a domain, not a HTML page.

Second, Where would you define the server?

Come on, try Broadcastic OS 2.0. It has 3 editions for businesses, media, and home. Also, there's Broadcastic OS Metro Edition Release Candidate.
Catnip, a project whose goal is to make Scratch in HTML and JS.

He he, yeah as the scratchers have pointed out, most of these are impossible, a few more reasons, the website one costs money and if a scratch.mit.edu one, why bother? There are more customization features in 2.0 for the My stuff page, the server even if it was local doesn't exist in scratch 2.0 and with 2.0 the server wont be needed because of cloud variables, check my forum on databases, the download why? That could be used wrongly, for viruses, and the person might not even now about the download, plus if it's a pic or sound make a sprite and sound project and say download project, the broadcast one kinda exists.

broadcast [something v] and wait

that means it will wait until received.
