Replies in the New Scracher Forum

Whenever I go to the New Scratcher forum, all the replies I see from the post "Hi! I'm new." are Hi, Hello, etc. These replies aren't really helpful to the new Scratcher. I think whenever replying in the New Scratcher forum, you should have an enforced rule to make sure no useless replies are posted. I don't care how you do it, but do it. Tell me if you don't know what I mean.

This might not be of much use, but maybe it will be considered.  tongue

How can it be more helpful? There's not much more to say.

Re: Replies in the New Scracher Forum

The New Scratchers forum is specifically for such useless topics.
Otherwise, the every Scratch forum would become clogged up with them.

Programming is an art...
Goodbye, Scratch. I am leaving because of the exams coming up at our school, though I'll check the forums once or twice a week.

Re: Replies in the New Scracher Forum

Saying hi etc is helpful because it welcomes the new scratcher and makes them feel more comfortable and noticed... So they are helpful, and NSF is just for that.

I really don't get how you came up with such a suggestion...
