Add a Timeline
I am making an amv and having trouble getting the timing right.
This is why I think there should be a timeline underneath the stage, it would really help me.
Please tell me if you don't understand.

But interaction could vary, and how does the project know exactly when stuff will happen anyway?

Only useful for AMVs, so rather pointless and detracting of Scratch developer time.
