Me too. Been on there forever, and done a lot of scanning and release editing for them, as well as cataloging all I own. I don't go and rate things unless I own them usually though, and I don't do movies either.

Point of posting here then?
to tell them that i've never heard of it
Well that really doesn't contribute to the thread now, does it? When your teacher asks the class a question do you put your hand up then say you don't know when she chooses you?

You could have told him what is was, rather than criticizing him. Your comment doesn't pertain to the topic at hand either, you know.
On topic: I've been thinking about joining for a while, but I'm just not sure. Would you recommend it?

You should.
@veggieman: Yeah, I found yours. Disagree with some ratings, but agree with many (like you giving "Whatever and Ever Amen" a 4.5). But you said you hated Green Day, yet "Dookie" and "Warning" are both 4s. What's that about?

Google and Wikipedia. Without them I would not be alive to write this now.

Because those are both four star albums. Duh
Also, curious to hear some you disagree with.

•"Clarity" being a 1.5 (I cherish that album)
•"Achtung Baby" being a 3 (it's my favorite U2 album)
•"Pop" being a 1 (yeah, it's mediocre, but is it really that bad?)
•"Kid A" being rated a 3 (it's not as good as "OK Computer", but nothing is, and it's the closest Radiohead's ever came to reaching that quality, IMO)
•The rest of Radiohead's discography being 5's (I love Radiohead, but I wouldn't go that far)
•"Dookie" was rated .5 too low, IMO, and Warning was rated .5 too high, IMO.
•The entire Beatles discography except a few being rated as 5's (I think Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt. Pepper, and Abbey Road are the only ones that should get it.
Your turn with mine.

•I am not a fan of JEW
•I like War
•Pop made me cry with its terriblosity
•Kid A is probably Radiohead's worst album IMO. It's not an opinion many share, but hey, think what you want
•I think they're five star albums, mostly. Pablo would be a four, TKOL a 4.5, and the rest seems spot on. Iunno what I was thinking when I rated them.
•I don't even listen to those albums so I don't know why I rated them. I probably rated them off specific songs ("Warning" comes to mind as bloody brilliant)
•Let It Be is definitely a 5 IMO, along with the ones you listed. I don't know what I rated them.

Oooookay
This is all IMO
•Please Please Me is a 4.0 at least.
•Gorillaz would linger around 2.5 to 3.0 at best
•Pablo Honey as four
•American Idiot as three or so
•The Bends and IR are better than that
•Nevermind isn't that great
•Neither is Achtung Baby
•Kid A isn't great either

By Gorillaz, do you mean the album or the band as a whole?
