Would topics about programming apps outside of Scratch go here, or is this advanced stuff related to Scratch?

I think programming outside of scratch would go in the MAC forums. This is mostly related to advanced scratch, although once in a while, a few non-related programs sneak their way in here somehow.

Well, if the programming application has absolutely nothing to do with Scratch, then it would probably go into MaC, but as Zippy said, some do make their way into here sometimes as well. Otherwise, if it's linked to Scratch in some unbelievable way, then it can probably come in here.

I think if you are distributing a product to the Scratch community, hoping for feedback from the general community, if fits under Things I'm making and creating.
If you are expecting feedback from just the hard-core coding community of Scratch, put it here.
