QUICK! You've caught the 777w! We must cure you!
EDIT:
On topic: Did the Scratch Team change something? It seems to go faster now.

This does not work for any type of project except art. Whenever i try it out on a different type of project it doesn't let sound through, and for dress up games, all you see is a still image. You can't move the clothes. :3

Hmm... it sounds like there might be a problem with Flash on your computer. Can you view YouTube videos, or other things that are played with Flash?

My line follower game works differently from the Java player.
But both of them don't work correctly with my game

Would you please fix both players?
My game works correctly when i open it in Scratch

As part of our experiments with Flash, we are now releasing a beta version of a Flash player that you can use instead of the Java player. Please let us know what you think. If you find any bugs, please report them on this thread.
Notes on Flash:
The new (beta) Scratch player requires version 10.0 or later of the Adobe Flash Player. Adobe Flash Player is free, comes pre-installed on Windows and Macintosh computers, and is used by many websites including YouTube. Chances are you already have it. However, if you are testing the new Scratch player and nothing happens when you view a project (i.e. you just see a picture of that project), you might need to install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player. You can download that here. If you want to find out which version of Adobe Flash Player is currently installed in your browser, visit this page.
If you can't install Flash on your computer, you can revert to using the default Java-based Scratch player to view projects on the website.
UPDATE 2011-02-23: The full screen issue has been fixed. Please let us know if this is not the case.
I enjoy it! It works really well with timing. My only one complaint is that it goes too fast with a "simpler" project. Otherwise, I enjoy it a lot, so thank you, scratch!

The flash player is good, except it degrades the quality of some more detailed projects
Hopefully this won't be a problem once vector graphics are added.

I like it, but full screen doesn't work

some projects only work in the flash player, and the flash player works! it is allot easyer to use pascal than batch, but perl is the easyest. i mean using commands to create a program is allot easier than using a jigsaw-like gui to make a program. anyways, scratch and the flash player rocks!!!
