removing old scratch block editor

please could you remove the old editor js from the scratch forum pages since it's 1000 lines of unused code  yikes  making the forums slower and much harder to look through the html source for scratchBB  wink

We really need this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, and also we need the << problem fixed, cause if you type << then the text looks all [naughty word] weird for the rest of the [naughty word] post!!!!!

I support! Old blocks DO look weird! I've seen them in other people's post and they really don't look pretty. 1+ for getting rid of those old blocks! :3 Lol, that last sentence sounded a bit funny. x3
