I like it! Almost like on the cover of my "Mean Girls" move cover it says this:
Mean > Meaner > Meanest

Thanks!  smile

Actually, I'm rather fond of Back Scratcher.

lol

I'm in favor of Senior Scratcher. It has an air of respect without snubbing regular Scratchers the way "Experienced" might.

Re: Need a good name to describe experienced and helpful Scratchers

I read a book called "Incarceron" once, so what about this?

Sapient (plural Sapienti) Scratcher. They are the learned ones, and also, it has some alliteration to it. Still, that makes others inferior. Senior works best.

Ooh, that book was EPIC.  One of my favorite books ever!
So, of course, I think Sapient Scratcher would be cool, but Senior Scratcher is less rude.

There's "big brother" and "big sister" so there could be "big Scratcher" .  Maybe "assistant mod" or "Scratch cat's helper" ?   smile

Re: Need a good name to describe experienced and helpful Scratchers

There should be a couple forum scratchers. where the forum scratcher would answer questions that are on the Questions About Scratch page so the scratch team doesn't have to answer 5,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 questions everyday.

Maybe there should be a ScratchSaftey who goes around making sure projects that are inappropriate get Reported because what if that project isn't that famous, nobody is gonna figure out about it.

Also there should be Experienced Scratcher who knows a lot about scratch and can help answer any questions and they must have more then 30 projects and must have been of scratch for more then 3 years.

Thats just some Ideas.

Thanks.

I'm sure the Scratch Team already has people who do that.
