This isn't really about Scratch, more the forums but I didn't know where to post it.

Anyway, I noticed that post counts over 1000 are just ">1000". Why's this?

Yeah, there's also >500 and >100!

No >10,000 though.

And ones below 100 are listed exactly.

You folks are quick! Yes, it's an attempt to reduce spamming due to post count addicts. It's a tiered system that only changes the count at certain trigger levels. So you can still tell a brand new user from an experienced user...but the count doesn't change as fast. An announcement is forthcoming.
