New Status
I think there should be the Status of Experienced Scratcher after Scratcher and New Scratcher in the forums. The experienced Scratchers only have a 30 second limit, and has the ability to suggest new curators or feature projects.

He ability to feature projects wouldn't be a good idea though, because what if someone hacked the account and made loads of inappropriate projects get front paged?

I do think there should be some sort of rank after Scratcher like that, but I don't think they should have extra sway in those places.

the 30 sec limit is good i dont like the feature idea though also if someone misuses any ability they have been given they go on restriction (same as new scratcher) for 3 weeks or their designated ban length

Or maybe if you're like super trusted you can have a 30-40 second post limit.
