Is there a way to copy and paste on to scratch because I cant do it???

Hello, welcome to Scratch!
To copy pictures or drawings, in the paint editor you just press CTRL + C, but I'm pretty sure you can't paste on command, because it does it by itself.
To copy text, you just press CTRL + C to copy then press CTRL + V to paste. Like you would in anything else.
To copy Scratch blocks, you simply right click the block(s) you want to copy, then hit "Duplicate" which will appear when you right click.
