I know you already have to put a reason when flagging a project and a post on the forums, but I think that you should have to do the same with comments. This way, if someone was personally offended by a comment, maybe with personal connections, they could explain that.
This would prevent a bunch of false flagging aswell, because people can't just go around flagging random comments or flagging someones comments because they have something against that person. This would help the Scratch team decide to lift the censor or keep it alot easier.

no. comments are no huge deal getting flagged once or twice normally... on the other hand if you get flagged a lot, in which case the scratch team reviews it before banning you. its not needed.

projects never make as big discussions as forum topics do. plus, forum topics usually get many more views than projects do, which means more eyes seeing whatever 'innapropriate' thing was written.
