Welcome to NewWorlds mc server! NewWorlds is owned by scratchlive/nwbg4 it is a survival server it has bukkit and no whitelist. It has pvp and factions, the goal of the server is to set up nations such as the united states and uk and what not. It will not be government based though. You will have your faction/nation and you can go to war or trad or become allies. Each nation will have a president wo is the creator any nation with less than 2 people will be disbanded. The currency system is iconomy but I'm going to try and look fr a better more reliable system. So have fun! The ip isn't out yet!

Rules
-no griefing
-no stealing
-no spawn or road grief ( immediate perm ban will result )
-no hacks or mods allowed
-no cursing or swearing of any kind if you wouldn't say it in school you can't say it here.
-no asking for mod or op status ( ban will occur )
-respect the admins and mods
-keep pixel art to a minimum I dont like it so don't really do it.
-have fun!

punishment for breaking rules
1st time will result in a warning
2nd time a kick
3rd time temp ban for 1 hour
4th time perm ban
5th time ip ban

Out of curiosity, will it check names to see if they've paid/if they are premium?

yeah im pretty sure you have to pay in order to even play minecraft

If it runs in offline mode it will not check the username/password on the MC database, so people with cracked clients could join.

Even if it were in online-mode then they could impostor someone who did pay for it. Which is why I like those servers with the plugins that "force" you to authenticate server side and not Minecraft side. That way, once someone signs up, they have their account safe on that server. Using that plugin, also "allows" cracked Minecraft users to still use the server and keep their items/etc safe as well.

Guys I picked the admins and mods with some thought i know some of you and i know how you behave on minecraft. I will most definatly add 1 more admin so that person will be chosen when the time comes. I am buying the server tomorrow so thats good and sorry about not spelling bukkit right lol.
