Would like some help determining a Scratch Developers skills and ability. I have a series of corporate clients who attempt to stay on the cutting edge / stay ahead of the curve.
Any comments / direction / feedback would be appreciated and kept confidential.

When it comes to tools for creative expression it is very difficult to evaluate the skills and ability. How do you evaluate if someone is a good painter or writer?
I guess for Scratch you could compare the ability to accomplish personal goals. For example, if I want to move a character from A to B and I do it, you could consider that as a successful Scratch programmer.
do you really see Scratch being used in Corporate America? Sounds like the antithesis of a creative and playful environment, but maybe I am wrong.
