+1+1 I really hope it'll have more features, sometimes I end up drawing sprites in some other program and importing them Though *sniff* while a timesaver I suppose it's not a big deal...
EDIT: Will there be any mentions of the wiki? Like "for more information on this block, see the Scratch Wiki!"It would be cool to have the wiki replace the info on the block shift-click menu (it's shift click, not right, in ye olde pre-alpha)

Yeahhh, and the wiki is more easily translatable (just use GT, even though it won't get everything perfectly right), so that also solves the problem of locales.

Hi! I own 'scratch2blog.tk' and I'm eager to ask a few questions.
1) When using the pre-alpha, I thought I saw semi-transparency, will the final version have it?
2) Will there be vector graphics?
3) Will it be able to connect to websites?
4) PLEASE can you add a replace colour of costume to it?

Will Scratch be available in other languages?
Of course! Perhaps not right away though.

I'm quite surprised no one has asked this yet... What new features will there be?
We've been asking about specific possible features, because that way we'll more likely get an answer

I'd like a block like this:
hide list [list v)MAKE IT HAPPEN SCRATCH TEAM.
First of all, how would you show lists?
Secondly, "MAKE IT HAPPEN SCRATCH TEAM" is kind of rude.

I'm pretty sure that 2 is yes

Yep, it is.
Here are some features that we are considering: procedures ("build your own block"), vector graphics, ability to access and store data online, better ways to create scenes in stories and levels in games, cloning, new ways to format and layout text.
From here.

With a [show list] block.
The ST already "put it on the list for 2.0".

I heard about block-creating. How would that work? Doesn't making the blocks require more advanced programming than Scratch itself?
Its like BYOB. Look it up, basically you use old blocks to make new ones

Let's hope they don't have that list hidden

Hello, I just joined scratch a few weeks ago, and I'm wondering how to add friends.
You go to their profile and click the "Add to friends" link in the top left corner under their friends list.
