Useful or Not?
I think there should be two buttons, one is a thumbs up, the other is a thumb down. These two buttons will be placed next to the flag as inappropriate link. If you find the comment useful, you'd select the thumb up. If you see it as useless, you'd select thumbs down. On the right of these two buttons, there would be the number of people that found this review helpful. A thumbs down would take 1 away from the number. If the number turns to -6 or below, the comment would be hidden. The creator of the project can select whether or not to show the under-rating comments. If you don't understand what I mean, please tell me. Please tell the Scratch team about this idea, because I think it will be a big improvement to Scratch.
To people that don't Support: Remember that the creator of the project could allow the under-rating comments.
I'll add Something: Whenever a comment gets under-rated, the community mods or admins will see if it deserves to be under-rated.

I don't support. People could dislike it just to troll, even if it's useful. Think how much that would hurt a new scratcher just trying to be helpful! D:

Sounds like youtube commenting. Sounds good but the comments shouldn't be hidden, it should say "this comment is under-rated". And there is the problem with people trolling.

I like the idea, but it's what my uncle calls the 80-20 rule. 80% of people will probably use it the right way and for good reasons, but there's that 20% who'll use it for the wrong reasons and pretty much wreck it for everyone.
