Hi! I am new to all this and find it very interesting. I am interested in finding projects from young people who can combine education through play and this Scratch project idea caught my attention. I have downloaded the software to give a try as an adult, but I am hoping to inspire a young person to converge their enthusiastic knowledge with this resource to develop a few projects related to my field in locksmithing.
My organization, the Society of Professional Locksmiths (www.sopl.us) offers training and we recognize the need for education through play since many of the skills involved in locksmithing have to do with math, spacial relations, logic, and comparision. Mechanically, the components inside a lock cylinder are colorful and in motion. I believe there is a place for Scratch projects to create an interesting bridge for young people to learn how the things they are learning apply to things like a basic lock cylinder function.
If there is anyone who can assist me in accomplishing this, please let me know. If I have placed this in the wrong area of the forum, I apologize in advance. I can assist with visual explanation of things to those who would like to help. I am attaching a link below to an online course topic that shows the components of a lock cylinder and how they work along with a Flip magazine which also has some pictures.

Hi, im not exactly new here. We used this website in 5th grade to do extreme basic stuff. I guess I remembered it or something cu'z i got on here like 2 years latr. I'm starting to make some games and I'm kinda getting the gist of things. Sadly I have only like 3 views on the game I spent a lot of time on. Any ideas to show my games to other people?
