Re:  Garageband Official Topic 

I'm not really a fan of GarageBand, because it's hard to use and encourages people to just use silly sounds. I prefer Audacity and Reason.

My friend and I use WavePad and FL Studio to make our songs.

I'm trying to convince him to get MixCraft, but he won't.

Don't like Garageband. Audacity is much better.

I like GarageBand!  I like how you can use the keyboard typing like a piano.

You can instantly recognize that it's GarageBand by the loops used. I stick to Newgrounds for music.

@Freakish: Have you used Garageband? It has way more settings and you can make songs instead of just editing them.

Well if you wanted honesty, that's all you had to say. I never want to let you down or have you go, it's better off this way.

Eh, I payed $5 for a version on my ipod and I don't even use it that much D:
It says I can plug my guitar in and use in-app amps, but I need a stupid adapter or something.

yes I have used Garageband. I think it is great for some things, but Audacity does what I need to do. It would be pointless for me to get a payed-application and the only features I use of it I can get for free in Audacity.

Garageband is epic. The best.

Audacity is also good, but doesn't have as many features.

I use both.

However they are both useful for the purpose I use them for.

You're talking about Apple Loops, not Garageband. And I know what you mean. I hate apple loops. However, there's much more to Garageband than that.

I've never used it. I use Sony Acid Music Studio for my music making.

P.S. Doesn't this go in MAC, making songs with garageband?
