How do you become a Scratcher?
OK, I'm not trying to complain about why I'm not a Scratcher yet. This is totally different. When someone is ready to become a Scratcher, what happens? Does the Scratch Team click something to change their rank? Or is it automated? Or do the moderators have to do it? I'm just curious.

I see you've only uploaded one project so far; you probably need more than that to become a Scratcher.

No, I'm not asking when I'm going to become one; I know how you do, just to lazy to do it
