Simply commenting "stupid" on a project is kinda rude, but I don't think it'd be offensive enough to flag

I'd say it'd be offensive enough. They're deliberately not saying how to improve, which is probably classed as trolling.

^This. I'm surprised that people don't flag these down enough.
And besides, moderators go through all flags, so it's better to flag than to not flag when in doubt.
