Requests: Proxy / Direct share
Scratch is a great concept. I'm using it to teach programming and logic to my children. I might even try it on my university class who are learning how to program.
However, you should probably allow uploads via an authenticated proxy or a file upload as one would upload a picture.

I think heard that there are improvements in that area coming with version 1.4
