Kindle

Hi,
Can I make simple card game with help of this program and sell it somewhere, for example on one of my website or even on Amazon (Kindle)?

You can make a simple card game, but you can't sell it. Scratch projects are under the CC licence, and anyways, they don't compile to anything you can distribute for use other than the Scratch file format. You can't sell those.

Yes, as long as you have not uploaded the project onto the scratch website, you can put it under any license you like.  The only problem is converting the scratch file format to a different language!  wink

As long you either created everything in the game yourself, or you have permission from the copyright holder to use their material, then it's perfectly legal to distribute your project for money, as long as it hasn't been uploaded to the website. You'll need to find a way to convert the project into a more universal file type though.
