The main character has to go back in time to get a dinosaur, but when they were traveling, their machine got shot down during a battle in WW2, and now they have to fix their machine in time before Japan gets bombed.

Oh, and they also have to survive along with soldiers. And both sides, the Allies and the Axis Powers, realize the main character's power, so they fight over him/her.
