Are we allowed to ask to be temporarily banned?

Just wondering cause I might want to do it.

Re: Temporary Ban

Why would you want to be banned from Scratch?

Re: Temporary Ban

I think you can. I've actually had the idea before, as well, but I've never actually tried to.

Cause scratch is too awesome.

Therefore i have the urge to check for new posts every 5 seconds.

Therefore I cannot get my homework done on time.

Therefore I do not have time to practice piano.

Therefore I will not pass my test in March.

Re: Temporary Ban

Block yourself from Scratch by installing Website Blocker on Google Chrome - it is very useful for blocking sites (think Facebook, Twitter, Wikipedia) when you need to focus on your work.
Just add Scratch to the list of banned websites.  sad

Re: Temporary Ban

Ok, I'll check I out once I get on my computer.

However, if I wanted to come back from a temp ban I could just email the ST.

The ST doesn't ban accounts on request. You're encouraged to ask for help from a trusted adult (such as a parent or guardian) instead.

Or you could break a ton of rules
Then you'd be banned for sure!

But once you do something bad, it's hard to get people to think positively of you again.

It really works. This was actually what helped my cousin get over her facebook addiction  tongue

Nah.

People are still cool about me and veggie and several others who have been previously banned.

Think illusionist being banned and one month later being a mod.
