is there any way to make your saved project play only to where other people can only play it but not mess with the scripts or sprites.Like have it open it to a game screen or something.

Go to your project. Under the list of tags, there is a link called 'Embed'. Click in it and copy any one of the codes (whichever you want, depending in your preference). This topic should help: http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=248
Last time I checked, when you open freewebs, the editor has a button that allows you to type in HTML code; click that button. Then simply paste the code into the editor, save, and it should appear on your website

To make it play only but still have it in scratch, I'd say you need to have every function add to a list. If the list's length is not what it should be, everything is stopped.
