She stalks me and says im a fail or hers is better on my projects, She hacked into my account and deleted everything (dont worry i changed pass) she is in my school And she bullys me there too, My mums going to her mum on thursday but how do i solve this problem?

Okay, first of all, use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to contact the Scratch Team instead of naming names.
Secondly, to prevent further bullying, put this person on your ignore list so that you will not be able to view the comments s/he posts on your project.
Finally, how do you know s/he hacked into your account? It could have been anyone, unless you had absolute proof.
As for her/him bullying you at school, we can't help you with that. Maybe look at some websites on how to deal with bullying? I dunno.

A lot of what fungirl123 says is right. Whenever you have a bullying problem in Scratch, you need to flag the bad comments, add the user to your ignore list to prevent further bullying, and contact the Scratch Team (there's a contact link at the bottom of every page). For future cases, please don't use the forums to report people - that often causes more drama than necessary and usually makes a problem worse.

As for the bullying going on in school, you need to talk with a trusted adult; seems like your mom is involved already, which is good. Hopefully you can sort out this problem soon.
