XD Ok Here's my thought process:
1)You make lyrics you send them to me with the genre
2)I approve them(I'm not strict.  )
3)You sing and I mix and we send the to each other and approve eachothers results
4)I add your lyrics to my mix
5)We both approve the final product
6)We post it
7)We wait for the hits to start coming
8)We become famous
9)We get a commercial deal

1-6 are serious. 

We need a boss name too.
