I'm making a free Minecraft like game in Blender. I hope to have most of the mobs and items in the real game, and maybe a few extra features. I will post regular updates. Any suggestions?

It comes with a game engine, that can use Python.
@imnotbob: It would not nearly be as good as the real version, nor would it have servers. I don't see the problem with it.

Why don't you make your own twist on it instead of a direct copy?
Maybe, I might add something new in terms of gameplay.
@slinger: Knowing me, most likely never.

I doubt he'd get a reply, you're meant to check it will run on your computer (potato in his case) before you splash out on.

If I emailed the producers of any games that didn't work I'd get a blunt reply, imagine Notch's inbox.

I always assumed watching all your family get killed slowly and then getting murdered yourself was the worst thing ever, but hey, I had no idea it was something shallow!
