Question: Why are the Weeping Angles not an option for monsters? They scare me so much. I was OK with Blink but then I watched 11's episode with them.... 0_o
Also may have some graphics to submit. I made the one in my sig

Google Docs is very limited insofar as creative design is concerned
Are there any other programs or sites I could use?
Browsing the Internet I found isuu but I couldn't figure out how to use it

Maybe tumblr? You could upload the pages in a photo set or separate posts. And if you need something to actually make the magazine with... gimp perhaps?

Do you have Publisher (from Microsoft Office)? It's pretty easy to use for things like posters and stuff if you have Google and/or a basic knowledge of Word/Powerpoint. I'm not sure about magazines, though, and you can't put them on Google Docs for some reason.
