Compress the costumes of the sprites until they are only as big as they need to be on the screen for a smaller file size. (open the paint editor, press the shrink button at the top)
Also try removing some sounds.
Hasn't this already been suggested before?
Programming is an art...

There were no sounds and I only had 2 small sprites. But I got it after 7 times.
