Signatures
I suggest that new Scratchers can have signatures in their forums post. What do you think?

They used to be able to, but the ST disabled it. I think it was because sigs were being used as SEO spam locations.

Before I got this account I never knew how long 180 seconds were, I'd support if becoming a Scratcher was somewhat improved, the requirements for becoming one need to be changed.

Giving out the privilege of signatures to New Scratchers is a spammer's dream.
Sure, they can only post once every 180 seconds, but in just a few days 10 spammers could flood the forums with spam posts ( hello, hi, i like scratch, 
, cool) and create a nightmare for the mods and others to sort out.
One day, 10+ spammers = 48000+ posts.
It is annoying though.

Mods can ban and remove signatures and signature permissions you know?

You don't have to earn the RIGHT you have to earn the PRIVILEGE. like you said after. No one has the right but Scratchers have the Privilege. the difference is that Privileges can be taken away. rights are the fair opportunity given
