Signatures

Why can't new Scratchers have signatures?  mad  Doesn't that seem unfair in any sort of way? I mean, it just doesn't make sense, at least to me...

A signature is a privilege. You have to earn the right to have one.

The scratch team probably doesn't  trust the new scratcher as much as scratchers... So they aren't sure if they're going to put something bad onto their sig
