I have not. I've played on the official Cyan servers, but never set one up myself.

I'm just saying it's possible.
Usually the files are already in the zip that you download.
You have to put the sql into a database. Edit the ip things (just like minecraft server properties ;o)
And then transfer the html and play.php whatever onto your domain.
