Private messaging to mods
I think people should be able to send PMs to mods and mods can send PMs to others. Instead of reporting a random post saying "Would this be OK to post in TIMC or TIRP?" or "Where does this topic belong: _______?". You could also PM them asking if a topic that's already been posted belongs in a different forum (personally, I don't like to report asking "Is this fine here or should it be moved?").

They don't always check their messages. Do you know how many messages mods get per day? A lot, because they all have amazing projects. They can't check them all.
