How to edit large texts (the short guide)

Have you ever noticed that if you enter a long text in the Paint Editor you can't see what you are typing over the bottom of the editor? This is because the paint editor won't enlarge the left scroll bar, so you won't be able to see what is below the bottom.

Even if you use the "large sprite" trick you could incur in the disappearing text bug or you could be unable to look at the whole text.

So, here you are the short guide to entering and editing large texts:

- entering a large text
1. write the text in your favorite text editor
2. copy the text
3. open a sprite's costume with the Scratch's Paint Editor
4. paste the text in the Text Tool
3. close the Paint Editor

Now, the tricky part, editing the text:
- editing the text
1. edit the sprite's costume; you will see a larger left scrollbar, but when scrolling the full text (very likely) won't show up
2. select the Text Tool
3. click on the first character of the text
4. press SHIFT+PageDown
5. now, when scrolling the text with the left scrollbar the highlighted text will be *fully visibile* and you will be able to edit it as you like

Let me know how this worked for you :-)
