I'm making a shell for windows 7, and was wondering what sort of features you would like?   smile

Hahaha.  I doubt I can do that - using BYOB is hard enough.  Do you like the SynOS theme?

Re: New Windows 7 Shell

Current features being implemented:
~ A start menu which allows for me to easily implement new programs
~ A program installer (Modifying BYOB for this)
~ MTOD (More Than One Desktop) feature
~ Programs open list
~ Command Terminal

Eventually, a block building program similar to scratch will be implemented inside the shell.  For now, using the 'Run' command will have to do.  hmm

A lot more to come!  smile

He's compiling it to an EXE. They run in full-screen.

BYOB has a .sb to .exe converter, which includes all modded files!  By editing in the 'Open website'  block I can run any website, or program I feel like using the self-made 'shell' to run the program.  The hardest thing to do will be showing which programs are open outside of the BYOB imported programs  hmm

It makes less sense to have them in Windows, though, because it has a better minimization/maximization system.

Ahem. And spaces is a way of having several different "screens".
Wow, there are a lot of ways to put spaces on windows. I didn't even know that until I googled it.
