I have a question... Do you have to be on the forums for at least a month to be a Scratcher?

There's no real set time limit. Just be generally active; make helpful posts on the forums, create and share Scratch projects, and comment on other people's projects.

I became a Scratcher exactly a month after joining, so it's possible. It's never been confirmed though.
