The "It's out...P( )rtal" one will lead to the latest version. (If you are willing to change your sig every time there is a new version.    But I will be advertising with the same "banner" in my signature. It will replace the "AI Contest Click here!", "banner". )

To make this one I just used microsoft paint. On the other ones I hav in my sig I take screenshots using the print scr button and paste it in paint, then I edit it.

i drew the letters with the line tool, and the size is 550x50

And i upload it with image shack
