How do you get moving profile pictures?

Mornin' Scratchers!

It's Bubzi! But - I'm stuck. I love all those little profile pictures. OK, YES I AM AWARE THIS SHOULDN'T BE ON THE FORUM 'HELP WIT SCRIPTS' I just realized -.- But, anyway. Does anyone know?

Just find an animated GIF, and upload it like you would any other profile pictures.

I actually did just that, but it keeps saying its too big, soooo...

get a smaller .gif

It has to be REALLY small (like less than 700kb)
