iframe help!

I'm trying to make an iframe, but it's not working. Here's my code.

Code:

<iframe src="http://www.yahoo.com" width="1000" height="10000">
<p>iframes are not supported by your browser.</p>
</iframe>

To see what happens, go to elfin8er.host22.com/iframe.html

Here's my full html code.

Code:

<html>
<iframe src="http://www.yahoo.com" width="100%" height="100%">
<p>iframes are not supported by your browser.</p>
</iframe>
</html>

My only idea, is that I can't show another website, other then my own in this, but I've seen videos where people do it.

Re: iframe help!

Ok. So I was looking in the examples on w3schools.com, and noticed that for me to have an iframe anywhere else then my own website, I have to include a link. That is, if I'm reading it correctly. Here was their example.

Code:

<html>
<body>

<iframe src="demo_iframe.htm" name="iframe_a"></iframe>
<p><a href="http://www.w3schools.com" target="iframe_a">W3Schools.com</a></p>

<p><b>Note:</b> Because the target of the link matches the name of the iframe, the link will open in the iframe.</p>

</body>
</html>

Let me go and test it out.

Wait no. I just glanced at that. It's just saying that you can have a link if you want as well I guess. Hmm. Back to the drawing board. I guess I can only make an iframe with my directory? Hmm.

Hmm. Maybe just not for me. Let me try and upload a pic to what it looks like for me.

Download speed? 3.51 Mbps

mines at 6Mbps, so it might be to do with that...  Can you use Yahoo out of an iframe?

Yep. I'll try it on my other computer and see if that works.
