Ok then, so I was thinking of making Scratchia again but I needed some feedback on the rules, seeming last time it was a mess.

1. The rules will be really strict, this is to stop drama as we normally get people expecting to be unbanned after a little while so they don't care. I was thinking of this:

Anyone who breaks a rule will be banned, once we get a case built up with some evidence we will start to assess said player, if we think the action was done on purpose then they will be permenantly banned, if we think it wasn't their fault then we will unban them (Saying you didn't read the rules doesn't count, you are responsible for everything which happens on your account so you should've).

I also understand Scratchia was bending its knee to blackmailers, anything said on the server can be found again via logs, so if you are blackmailing then you will be caught and banned. If someone is blackmailing then say "blackmail" so it can easily be found in the server logs.

2. Gifting and creative mode.

I was thinking of taking away everyone's right to spawn in items (even if they never had them before), if somebody needs items spawned in then it will have to go through the admins first, we will be getting a plugin which will stop items from being lost if they fall into the void so there should be no gifting at all. Creative mode will also be taken away, as it's the same as gifting but with flying.

I am willing to host, but I will not change anything (I changed things about 10% last time, the rest was either me being told to change something by an admin or an admin changing it themself) to prevent myself from getting blamed when a player doesn't like something. Ban list won't change at all same as the whitelist, we will get a fresh thread so I don't need to ask Gbear to change something then he never does.

It was the first major Scratch based server, once it went down for the first time everyone split up, then it went down for a second time because it was badly organized and if anything went wrong it was apparently all my fault, like hawkeye not being compatible for 1.1 was apparently my fault.

This is a much more organized plan, nothing should go wrong.

Now, I completely agree with this. And OP should be 100% election. For everybody. Except you since you host. And btw, if you are just a pain, AKA spamming, not listening etc. It is also counted as a crime.

The poll ends Feb the 11th, as hopefully Liru will be a scratcher by then. I think I will completely re-elect mods and admins. Mods will be chosen from the community and admins will be chosen by me (I will choose 2-4) then voted for by the community. I dunno about Gbear though, seeming he owns Scratchia and I own the server. We will also keep all the old plugins, hopefully more will be for 1.1 now.

I have in mind who I'm going to choose for election. Admins are mostly more for an opinion, seeming 1 or 2 people (You know who you are) will have a problem with any action I do, so if I run everything through with admins first there will be no way to pin it on me.

And being admin is easy, it's all about how much I trust you, how much respect I have for you. Plugins do most the work, you just need to know how to use them, if I don't trust you with permissions above those of an average player then you're not going to be chosen.
