Hi guys, starting a survival Minecraft server! 

Rules:
1) PVP allowed (This means stealing items as well - no complaining)
2) No gifting (Asking Admins to give free items that are not earned by playing)
3) No mass griefing* *
4) Enjoy yourself!

* Mass griefing refers to TNT that consists of more than 3 TNT, removing more then 25% of someones house, or filling up 25% of a persons house with a material.

* YES, that means minimal greifing is allowed.
