I know a mod is a modification, but how can I develop one? Please help!

1) get the Scratch source code
2) customize it and make it awesome (you need to program in Squeak smalltalk, but its easy to learn)
3) test it and get other peoples opineans, make final changes and thre you go!

Download the Scratch source code
Reprogram parts of it
Test it out

It's an object-oriented programming language which Scratch happens to be written in.

We prefer to close when the original topic creator asks us to close - maybe you could explain to people that you can (and should) use the Report button below the first post of a topic to ask for a topic to be closed, when you are through with it smile

I got Squeak, I learned some Smalltalk, now meh only problem is that the program won't let meh open the Scratch Source Code. Help meh!
PS~ That Squeak thing, can someone help me develop a little thing like the Scratch website except you can share Squeak things on it? I have been working on a an HTML code(Seen below) and trying to get on with the CSS, PHP, ASP, and canvas parts. Mre than one helper would be appreciated!Thnx!
