Well I have to say Hello! Welcome to scratch! We here are a nice and friendly community, so if you have any questions either ask me or ask any of the others!
(Oh and to get to become a scratcher, post lots of helpfull stuff and projects, be very active and dont spam and keeping on doing this and then you will be a scratcher 
)

Hi! I started in March 2011 and I didn't start using the forums until like last week. 
But by then, I was already a Scratcher, even though I had not even been on the forums! 
Here are some helpful hints to become a Scratcher:
1) Don't spam or troll.
2) Be helpful in the community.
3) Be active.
