I know some French but not a lot. My parents used to speak in French when they didn't want me to hear something

@topic:
I'm in the process of re-learning French, and secretly re-learning German.
All I can remember in German is:
Yavul
NEIN
ein
zwei
drei
Danke shein
(about it for now)
You lose a lot when you've been dead for 12 years or such. >.>

Is that Cantonese? The Mandarin word for snowing is "xue xia" - 下雪.

The fact that words can be masculine or feminine boggles meh D:

You got the order wrong - it's xia xue, and that means falling snow. The word for snow is just xue. (Don't get me wrong though, I read Chinese at around a 2nd grade level.)
I think GLaDOS2 was talking about this one thing I heard about, where Kai Lan pronounced the word for snow like that. Interestingly, it also sounds oddly similar to the Chinese word for poop (屎).

Oops.

French is a fun and easy language to learn, especially if you go to France.
I wouldn't say it's "easy" - the pronoun usage always boggles me, and I *think* they have a few more tenses than we do.
For example, "I was placing them there when I talked to them" becomes "Je les y mettais quand je leur ai parlé" - which, when you translate it word-for-word, means "I them there was placing when I to them have talked."
But if you learn it through immersion (rather than learning each grammar rule) things become a lot simpler.
Also, your first sentence should be something like: "Salut! Comment ça va? Je suis joyeux!" I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "vous joyeux trop;" literally, that means "you" (plural or respectful - in which case you wouldn't have adressed them as 'tu' in the first place) "happy too much?"
That's because you got that from google translate or whatever that translates stuff on the internet. You have to buy a dictionary to know what it means properly the translators online are messed up and use different words.

It does seem it, but when you delve deeper you realise it's completely random.
Like the word beard. That's feminine. ._.

I dislike it not even because of the randomness, but the idea of separating even words into boy and girl.
